My apologies that I do not have a "soft"copy of this application note and couldn't find one on-line after searching.

I do, however, happen to have a Unitrode data book from 1993 (and that isn't even the oldest one that I have on my shelf!) that has this application note in it which I scanned in for you. I hope this is ok.
