I want to calculate the battery SOC using the TI's BQ34110 IC .Please provide me the reference design for the same.

The bq34110EVM would be the reference design for the device. The datasheet also provides some design guidelines to help with your configuration. Let me know if you have a specific question with the setup.

The recommended Rsense value is 10 mohm, but the value should be adjusted to keep the full-scale current voltage drop across the sense resistor lower than +/- 125mV.
