Hello ,

i'm Working with Bq27742-g1 Fuel Gauge .

i have little confusion about
What is Qmax and Design capacity ?.Both are same or different ?.
what is the configuration value for Qmax and Design capacity if my battery is 4600 mAh.?

Design capacity is the nominal capacity as specified by the battery manufacturer.
Qmax is the chemical capacity that the gauge measures. This can be higher or lower than the design capacity, depending on the battery age.
