TPS51716: TPS51716 Vddq ramp up time

Hello, 

My Customer has a question of TPS51716's softstart time .

There is wriiten by datasheet about soft start .

"A typical VDDQ ramp up duration is 700μs."

Do you have min & max Value of  VDDQ ramp up duration ?
