Hi Team,

Is there any device that can operate under the following condition?

・Vin: 5.4V
・Vout: 2.6V
・output load: 0.35A(MAX)
・fsw: 3MHｚ
・Ta: 125℃
--------------------------------------
I would like to confirm if my customer should select DCDC controller in this case.

Ta of 125 C will be a problem. You may want to post this request in the Hi-Rel forum.

You could look at TPS54362-HT. Fsw is limited to 2.2 MHz though. I could not find anything with both high temperature and 3 MHz Fsw.

Please use a better title for your post. For example, your challenge is the 125 Ta need, so this should be mentioned.

Please challenge this requirement from the customer as it requires you to use a much more expensive hi-rel type of device. What is the application? Why is 3 MHz needed?

The TPS62000-HT is a good start. It cannot operate at 3 Mhz but it can sync to a clock, which may meet the customer's real need.
