Do we have any power mux or load switch to switch two different 5V power rail to output as below? Thank you.

Yes, we have power mux device TPS25942A to suit your requirement. Please refer Section 11 in the datasheet.

Hi Patrick,

These two devices can support up to 2A Max.
Your block diagram shows output current of 3A. Please let me know your maximum current from each power rail?

Dear Rakesh

Sorry. It's my misunderstanding. If 3A current and needs emulated diode, how about TPS22920? Or TPS25942A is only suitable solution for requirement. Thank you.

We also have the TPS22953, which could do a 5V/3A power mux with 2xTPS22953. Please see section 10.1.6 of the datasheet for more details.
