BQ33100: BQ33100 with EV2300 firmware flashing

I would like to know the firmware flashing procedure when flashing a srec using the bq gas gauge evaluation software. When on the pro screen, I pick my file, hit program and receive this error. "Device not in ROM".

    Hi,

    please click read, before that make sure SMB is 0D, if the result is above100, that means in wrong mode. If the result is below 100, that means in firmware mode.Then need to write SMB word. SMB--00, WORD--0f00, then click write to make your device into ROM mode. Then check the read result again. At last you could program it.
