TPS53319: Reference too high

Hello,

according the data sheet TPS53319 0.6V reference is specified with a 1% tolerance over the whole temperature range.

My customer measured a voltage of 0.615V at room temperature on 8 of his developed boards. Even the TPS53319EVM shows a higher reference voltage.

All are out of spec!

Please check and let me know how we can fix this.

    When the part is in the close loop system with voltage divider from the output voltage, the average value at the FB node is shown in the graph below. Also, if the customer used the DC multi-meter to measure the voltage at FB node, it could cause the system to shut down due to capacitance from multi-meter and shown the average value below. Please use the passive voltage probe measure at FB node and note the reference voltage at the turn-on PWM pulse.
