Is QFN ok or do you need actual leads?

yes I tried the quick search but can't set the package size in the search.

every IC with integrated power switch that dimension is equal to 2mmx2mm or smaller is ok. ( it can be also QFN or some sort of BGA).

I like the TLV62569 because it has great efficiency, it has en and PG pin and it comes in small sot563 package.

For preview devices, you need to contact your local TI sales or distributor sales.

Will you need these devices as -Q1 grade as well?

It will be grate if the TLV62568PDRL will come in the Q1 grade, if not then I have to use other device for automotive version.

Yes, if we have samples your sales contact can arrange to get them to you.

But these devices are not showing as preview automotive. They are preview catalog devices. If you need a -Q1 device, choose a different one.
