Hi Sir,

I can not found out the minimum switch frequency in datasheet,
Could you please tell me the LM3409HV recommend switch frequency range (Maximum and minimum values)?

    Hello Hugo,

    The LM3409 doesn't really have a minimum switching frequency. But in practice to keep external component sizes and values reasonable you would likely not want to go below about 150kHz.

    The maximum switching frequency is limited by the gate charge of the external FET chosen and the VCC current limit. So Fsw(max) = Qg(max)*VCCIlim(min). For the FETs currently available you will generally be limited to around 1MHz. But if you get an extremely low gate charge FET you could go faster.
