BQ40Z50-R1: choosing 2nd level protection thresholds

We are working on a 2S1P battery pack with 2-nd level protection (BQ2947xx + SC Fuse). Can someone explain the procedure of choosing the right COV value for BQ40Z50-R1 and BQ2947xx version?

Cells are LG INR18650 MJ1 3500mAh (datasheet).

    Hi Roman and sorry for the late response, according to your battery Data sheet Article 2.4, Max Charge voltage is 4.2V plus/minus 0.05V, so I would set COV to 4.2V according to the battery's datasheet recommendation and leave the 0.05V as a headroom for any measurement inaccuracy.
