TPS56C215: TPS56C215 ENA pin is there anything short-circuiting to GND?

Dear supportmember,

My customer used TPS56C215 EVM.

ENA pin pulled up with 3kΩ to VIN.
But ENA voltage was 0V less and Output voltage was 0V.

If malfunction case,
ENA pin include Internal Constant current circuit,but is there anything short-circuiting to GND?

So far as i know, there is no internal pull down. there is probably an internal series resistance and an ESD structure from EN to GND. It is possible that your ESD structure has failed. I can check the design details later today. Is this only a single case of failure?
