UCC2897A: layout files (gerbers) of reference design PMP10871

Hello,

I want to rebuild reference design PMP10871 (18-36VDCin, 5V/4A Active Clamp) but i cannot find the layout files. 

I only can find a PDF with top and bottom assembly 

www.ti.com/.../tidren3.pdf

Can any one provide these gerbers

or  update PPMP10871 page with gerbers.
