For reliability analysis, customer require following data for TPS562201.

Could you please provide them at the earliest?

  1. Total Number of transistors used inside the IC.
  2. Substrate material type (Epoxy glass,PTFE glass, flexible substrate, Cu/Invar/Cu) – options are given in the bracket. Please let me know the exact or the closest.
  3. Component material type(Epoxy, Alumina, Kovar)- – options are given in the bracket. Please let me know the exact or the closest.

    First, really appreciate interesting this part.

    But I think All the questions are the related with IC internal design or process, not for system application, so could you please tell what items of reliability will be used by getting these information? if not neccessary, I think it is not recommended to provide so detailed.
