TPS54560: Heating Problem

For conversion of 50V DC to 5V DC we are using TPS54560 regulator. It is designed for 5A output current. Schematic is as follow

I built up using suggested parts & layout. The inductor, regulator IC and schottky diode get hot.

    How hot? Even with an over designed PCB with lots of copper for heat dissipation, you can expect to see temperature rise of over 40 deg. C. resulting in component temperatures around 70 deg C. How much copper area do you have connected to the thermal pad?
