TPS53353: tps53353 hardware issue

Hi,

We have interfaced TPS53353 for generation of 1V @ 15A . Input for Vin is 3.3V and VDD is 16V (variable voltage). In the Vreg in i am not getting 5V. It is varying as per input voltage. Also Vout is varying with VDD voltage. VFB pin is also getting around 1.7v. Tried with two devices and Same output of 1.7V at L17 .

Please update what may be the issue ?
