TPS56528: Unused PG pin on TPS56528, can it be left unconnected?

Hi all,


I'm doing a project using the TPS56528. Per the datasheet, the PG pin is a open drain output, normally connected to the VREG5 pin via a 100K pull-up resistor. My question is, can I omit the 100K resistor and leave the PG pin unconnected? I don't need this output for my design.
