Hi,
We have tried learning cycle for BQ27542.
In the first attempt, The discharging phase completed successfully. We had kept for relaxing. During relaxing after some time, we got an error message “RUP_DIS/RDIS: Not clear” and learning cycle cancelled.
In the second time, it failed during relax time after charging cycle completed. In the updated Status changed from 04 to 05. But we got an error : (VOK : Not clear). Please find the attached images for your reference.
Can you please help to understand why the cycle is failing for us in these different stages?
The steps which we are following is as below:
- Selecting the Chemistry ID (default)
- Calibration - CC and Voltage.
- Setting Parameters Q & A
- Starting Register Logging and Data Memory Logging. (observed that sometimes to logging does not get enabled. Also, learning cycle does not start if logging is enabled)
- Starting Learning Cycle.
