BQ27542-G1: Learning Cycle Failure

Hi everyone,

We are trying to do learning cycle with BQ27542-G1 and fails at different levels. 

The steps which we are following is as below:

1. Selecting the Chemistry ID (Default ID)
2. Calibration -  (CC  and Voltage.)
3. Setting Parameters Q & A
4. Starting Register Logging and Data Memory Logging. ( Observed that the logging is not happening sometimes. Also observed that the learning cycle is not starting if the logging is enabled)
5. Starting Learning Cycle.

Please check and let us know the steps which we are following are correct or not.
