The customer wants to confirm thermal margin in this condition.
Could you provide junction or case temprerature in this condition?

The maximum junction temperature will depend on the thetaJA for you board size and application.
From the data sheet the efficiency under these conditions might be about 85%; that gives about 1.5W of power dissipation.
Based on a Webench simulation, the device will not do 105C ambient under these conditions for the board layout used in Webench.
