TLV62085: TLV62085 starting up into a large distributed output capacitance, but no load current

Hi, I know there is a max C out that the part has for reliable start up.  However it mentions in the data sheet that output caps of over 150uF can be used if there is low (no in this case) load current.  It does not matter if the device hiccups its way to charging this capacitance the load device will not be enabled unitl it reaches the set output voltage.  Is there a way to disable the discharge load resistor as well?
