The guidance from SLUU330 & SLUA542 indicates that the BQ78PL114 sense resistor may be changed from the defaults of 1, 3 or 10 mOhm (note that Table 1 in section 3.2 of SLUA542 indicates 1000mOhms, 3000mOhms and 10000mOhms - shouldn't those be uOhms?). I would like to change the resistor value to 5mOhms (not 5000mOhms) like the non-S12 version. What exactly must be done (please include steps involved, settings / registers that must be configured to do this.) SLUU330B section 1.4 seems to indicate that 1, 3 or 10mOhms must be used but section 3.2.1 of SLUA542 seems to indicate that teh value may be changed.
Can this be adjusted in the .tmap file? I've highlighted what appears to be the appropriate lines below.
