Any one knows such a controller?

LM5122 is close, but it does not have enough Vout.

One question is if I use external gate drivers to avoid the booststrap high-side driver, can I use LM5122?

Hello

LM5122 is able to handle 120V output in FPWM mode by using an external driver, but I have not tried the configuration on the bench.

You could also consider the UCC28221 dual interleaved PWM controller.

It has a 110V internal startup JFET.
