TPS2H160-Q1: About 2ch in parallel

Hi,

I would like to know it is possible to use as 1ch switch be connected in parallel ch A and B.

I am looking for 1ch high side switch.

I am assuming the nominal current is 1A and maximum continuous current is about 2.5A.

The ambient temperature is up to 125 degree.

I am relieved If it will be lower the on-resistance.

    Hi,

    It is possible to parallel the channels together. The challenges you will run into are with the diagnostics that are meant for one channel or the other.

    I would also recommend the TPS1H100 device as well since the diagnostics are optimized for a single channel operation.
