Hi Team,

I am looking for a a high efficiency, low cost, small pcb area solution for the following scenario:

Vin: 5.15Vdc - 6Vdc

Reg1: +3V3, 0.35A max, 0.20A typ
Reg2: +1V8, 0.35A max, 0.20A typ
Reg3: +1V5, 0.35A max, 0.225A typ
Reg4: +1V0, 0.30A max, 0.15A typ

Any recommendations would be appreciated, thanks!

Low cost, small size, high efficiency...pick any two of the three. What is your priority on that? Generally speaking small low cost devices will have lower efficiency.

You might want to use the on line Webench tool. It will display solutions ranked by size, efficiency and BOM costs.

The TPS62230 family is a good place to start, but I agree with John: you need to say what is most important.

As well, please put the customer, volume, application, etc. in the notes field above to help us help you.

Hi Chris, John,

Thanks for the starting point. Forgot about the notes section! I started taking a look at WEBENCH and got the same recommendation and will lead with that family. Appreciate the help!
