I understood TPS40428 is stackable up to 4 phases with two devices.
Is there any new device plan that is stackable up to 8 phases with four devices?
I heard competitor device is capable for that feature.

What amount of current do you need to support?

Have you looked at the TPS53667, TPS53647, or TPS40091?

The TPS546x7 solution should be capable of supporting between 240A - 420A.

My customer wants to know it because the competitor device of TPS40428 is supporting 8-phase with current share.
It isn't necessary 8-phase at this time, he is seraching the device for future need.

Hello Yaita,

I would also recommend that your customer look into the TPS40140 that is capable of supporting a stacked configuration up to 16 phases.

Let me know if that looks like something that could satisfy your customer's needs.
