WEBENCH® Tools/LM2674: Values in Webench don't match values in datasheet calculations

Part Number: LM2674

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

I am using the LM2674 switching regulator to step a Vin of 24 to 33V down to 3.3V at a maximum load current of .5A. When I use the instructions on the datasheet page 13 to find L1, I go to Figure 24 on page 24 and use Maximum input voltage = 33V and the maximum load current = .5A. The graph shows I should use L21 which is 68 uH. On Webench, they say L1 should be 100 uH (L20 on the datasheet table).

Similarly, I find a different answer for Cout: page 14 shows table 2 and whether I use my 68 uH or the 100uH on Webench, my Cout should be 100 or 120 uF, but Webench has Cout to be 47uF. These values are very different and I can't find any other files to simulate the LM2674 (such as LTSpice or Altium Design) to verify these values.

Which values do I use? Is there anyway to back check these values?

Thanks!
