BQ34Z100: Charge percent not reaching 100%

Hi I am using the bq34z100 in a two cell configuration using LIR18650 LiON batteries. I have a batch of twenty battery packs. After performing the learning cycle twice, the state of charge reaches only 75% to 85% on 18 of the packs with only two packs reaching 95 to 100%.

I am also tried to attach the .csv file with the configs but keeps getting a posting error if I attach the csv file. Any suggestions on that?

You can try zipping the file before attaching it. PLease provide the log files showing the problem.

Tom, Thanks for the response. I think I've found the issue with this one. IT was not enabled. Don't know why I didn't think of checking that first.
