Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQEVSW, BQ30Z554-R1
Hello team,
I am supporting an application that is using bq20Z80, the current goal is to download a new software package and the bq Evaluation Software (bqEVSW) v0.0.92 seems like it is the recommended tool for bq20Z80. However, even though the EV2300 connected to the computer via USB bqEVSW gives the following message:
"The EV2300 connection could not be initiated! Please close this program and try again."
Closing the program, and even rebooting has not helped, another thing is that bq20Z80 does not show in the list of 'bqEVSW Supported Targets', it only shows bq30Z554-R1/bq30Z554, even though the bqEVSW page says it supports bq20Z80.
What do you recommend to do to move forward? is there any other information that you need?
