TPS61221: TPS61221 _EN input

Dear Sir, please answer

I use TPS61221. Input voltage 1.7 - 5.5V.  I out = 40 mA. Uout = 3.3V.  Temperature from minus 40 to plus 60 C.  Battery application!

If to set "Low" to EN input, then converter stops working and input voltage (in my case it is 1.7 V) "goes" to the out.

Whether there is a similar chip, that out voltage will about 0 V,  if  to set "Low" to EN input?

    if need to regulate the VOUT =3.3V with input voltage from 1.7V -5.5V, you need to a buck-boost converter instead of boost converter TPS61221

    Excuse me, I have written input voltage (1.7-  5.5 V) wrong.  Input voltage is 1.7 - 2.4 V, U out = 3.3 V,  Iout = 40 mA, but, in principle, fit  30 mA. Device powered from battery. 

    In my circuit power monitor turns off the converter at 1.7 V input voltage (by "EN" input) . TPS61221 works in my device now, but I need that out voltage will about 0V, when at "EN" input  is "low" level.  Whether there is such a converter?  TPS61221 out voltage is 1.7 V in my circuit , when  converter off. 

    I need temperature range from minus 40 to plus 60 C - I tested it at this temperature range and it works.
