Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM5728
I have a TPS659037 powering an AM5728 but am not seeing any output on the CLK32KGO ball (I am expecting to see a 32K digital clock).
Does this functionality need to be enabled or should it just work?
Thanks

Hello Tom,
The CLK32KGO pin is only controlled by OTP, not by I2C. Please see the TPS659037 User's Guide for detailed description of each OTP sequence. For TPS6590376 and TPS6590377, CLK32KGO is not enabled by default.
If you want to use an I2C-controllable clock, you can use CLK32KGO_1V8 (multiplexed with GPIO_5).

Karl
Hi Karl
Can you confirm where this is detailed within any of the TPS65903X documentation?
There is no mention of this being disabled within the document you linked to.
The user guide for the TPS659037 reads as though this pin will always provide a 32K output and as such this is how our board has been designed.
Is there any way of us enabling this on our prototype boards?
Thanks
Tom
