TPS61090: TPS61090 Boost converter burn out with battery charging IC and solar buck convertor

Part Number: TPS61090
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61092

Hello freaks,

I'm using TPS61090 DC to DC boost converter to get  +5V from 3.7V li-ion battery(3.7V/7800mah Li-ion battery) . I've followed design guidelines to made breakout board and it's working for me. as I'm getting 5V boosted o\p from 3.7V battery. Here I'm attaching its schematic and board file.0042.TPS61092.rar

Now the problem is, to charge the battery I'm using  MCP73833 Li-ion battery charging IC from microchip. Battery is being charge from solar cell having 10v and 500MA and between battery caging IC and solar cell I've use AP1509 +5V buck converter IC(as MCP73833 has max 6V i\p). When i setup all three combinations on breakout boards then TPS61090 get burn out,  but when i combine Solar buck converter and MCP73833 then it can charge the battery without any problem!!

problem arise when I combine all three setup on single board

Here is the schematic and board file of all three setup

Power Supply.rar

can any one help me here

Thanks
