    Hi Kamal,

    Our linear regulators with reverse battery protection can be found under the special features "reverse voltage protection." Plugging in some more information from your provided application requirements I found the following 4 results:

    Hi Kamal,

    In addition to the recommendations Ryan put in the link; The TPS7A1601-Q1 alone can not support reverse battery or reverse current. However, we did design the VIN to operate down to 3V so you can put a diode in series with VIN to realized the reverse battery/current protection.
