TPS54540: TPS54540 - Resistor Values

Hello, our customer is using our TPS54540 and has a question below, can you assist?

 

"I was reading the datasheet, and was surprised that there is not a resistor value in Table 3 for a 12V output.  Should I replace both R5 and R6?  If so, what are the suggested resistor values in order to keep the on time greater than the minimum on-time (as described in section 1.4.1?"

    See the datasheet.

    You can calculate the resistor divider values using equation 41. I usually pick one resistor to be 10 k ohm, the calculate the other value. See equations 24 and 25 to select the switching frequency so that the on time is above the minimum.
