That is not "ripple", it is "switching noise". You have to be very careful when measuring it. You should measure directly across C7 or C8 using a very short (< 1 cm) ground lead. "Tip and ring" measurement is best. If you still see significant switching noise, you may need to examine your PCB layout. Poor layout will lead to increased switching noise.
