Is there any start-up and shutdown sequence requirment between VIN and VDD?
My customer consider below sequence. Is there any concern about this usage?

No sequence requirement between Vin and VDD. VDD has UVLO threshold. Since your customer has Vin coming down first, the output voltage will loose the regulation or going down as Vin dropping.
