TPS53515: Power up calibration timing

Datasheet describes that calibration for 400us is done when EN pin voltage rise above the enable threshold.
According to my test with EVM, I think calibration's trigger is not EN pin voltage but VREG pinvoltage.

VREG pin voltage becomes flat for about 400us when VREG voltage rise up to about 3V. I think calibration is done at this timoing.
Is this idea right?
