Dears，
In the circuit, the charging current is setted to 115mA,but now it is abnormal ,above 400mA.
The pin9(TS) is set low,the charge stop.
Test the impedance of all pin to GND,the impedence is OK.
Change the IC,the circuit get right.
so why and how to solve the issue?
