BQ24735: BQ24735 SMBUS communication

Dear Sir 

We would like to read/write BQ24735 when the adapter doesn't insert the system and battery exist 

Have any recommend schematic for this application 

We know SMBUS communication have two condition as below 

VVCC is above UVLO. • VACDET is above 0.6 V.
