Problems have occurred with the following spec.
Vin=24V
Vout=3.3V(fix)
Cin=220uF/Cout40uF
L=33uH
A phenomenon occurs in which the output voltage increases at no load.

Why is it not working properly without low current flowing?
Could you tell me the mechanism?
