Hi Sir 

May we check if we remove bq24075 Vin power source, what is SYSTEM voltage for?(is SYSTEM voltage will = battery voltage?)

the DS also show VDPPM =4.3V, what is use for?

    Are you asking about bq24075 or bq24725? Your post has two different part numbers.

    If you are asking about bq24075 please refer to datasheet page 18 to 19. 

    When not input source is available, the out pin voltage will be close to the battery voltage.
