TPS74801: Bandgap Reference temperature coefficient

My customer has a question about the temperature coefficient of the bandgap reference for this device. The datasheet specs the Vref min/max as below, but it isn't clear if this is across the full temperature range (-40C -> 125C) of the device or if it is measured min/max at 25C over process variations.

Can somebody clarify this? It's important to my customer to know how the bandgap reference will vary across the full temperature range of the device.

Hi Alec,

The Vref spec is at Tj 25C as stated in the Test Conditions column. The overall accuracy for TPS748 across temperature is 2%. While this includes all internal sources of inaccuracy, the dominant source of the inaccuracy is the reference.

Hi Alec,

Per Note 1 under the Electrical Characteristics table, external resistance tolerance is not taken into account in our accuracy specification. This provides customers with an understanding our our device while not limiting them to a specific tolerance of resistors.
