The circuit below is what I am trying to modify or replace. Its purpose is to discharge voltage through a coil to generate an EMF. I am using a 12VDC 3A Wall wort as a power supply.
Looking to purchase:
Transformer/Booster Module; I would like to boost the voltage to 300-500VDC to charge a capacitor at a rate of 1-3 Hz. Adjustable voltage if available.
Capacitor; Fast charge and discharge to maximize EMF in coil.
Trigger Module; Discharge capacitor at a rate of 1-3 Hz, adjustable if possible. I would like to eliminate the flash tube.
I am interested in reducing individual components and replacing them with modular components.
