When the MCU is watching temperature, how to stop the bq24773 at abnormality?
(Charger inhibit(0x12h) or /BATPRES ?)

You can use either way to disable charge.

Note that when BATPRES pin is pulled to HIGH, bq2477x resets "LEARN Enable" (ChargeOption0() bit[5]) and IDPM_EN (ChargeOption() bit[1]), and reset MaxChargeVoltage() and ChargeCurrent().
