There is the description about RESET time-out delay=200ms@typ.
How much is the the tolerance of RESET time-out delay 200ms between Tj=25C and -Tj=-40C to 125C?
Of course, we guess that you don't have guaranteed data.
So, if you have reference data, could you give us it?

At the time of release we did not drift this particular parameter. Please allow a delay for me to take some measurements for you.

Hirotaka-san,

Thank you for your patience. I was able to drift one unit today. As you can see, on the unit I drifted the timeout delay is longer than the typical delay; however, the curve below will give you an indication of how the time delay drifts over temperature.

If a more accurate time delay is required, we can help recommend a supervisor.
