BQ76925: What do I do with unused ALERT pin?

I don't plan on using the shutdown functionality or overcurrent functionality of this part. Can I just leave the ALERT pin floating or should I tie it to VSS?

if over-curent alert function is NOT used, the ALERT pin could be used for WAKEUP pin. If not, ALERT pin typically can be pulled up to the LDO.

Should I use a pullup resistor, or would it be okay to just tie it directly to 3V3?

ALERT is an output, it should not be tied directly to 3V3. A 10k resistor may be typical 3.3k or larger resistor should be fine.
