WEBENCH® Tools/LM25085: Design Not Working as proposed by Webbench Tool

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

As,Design propesd by webbench for LM25085 constant current Vout=3.3V,Iout=500Ma. According to the Lowest ripple Circuit,the ripples at the output is 60mv max.But in our case it is going upto 536mv .In palace of 39 uH/900 ma inductor,Currently i used 33 uH/8 amp.I also tries LM25085 constant current Curcuit as proposed in snva486a.Result is same.Any suggesition for it.

    Can you share your schematic and can you confirm details of your load profile and how you would like it to behave in terms of Constant current and Constant voltage regulation? Can you also let me know under what conditions you are measuring these scope shots? Thanks.
