The datasheet has a rather comprehensive block diagram and it seems enough details to design a circuit. what particular information are you looking for?
thanks
can you please share the datasheet link that you are referring to because the one i have doesn't seem to have any, may be its not updated one - SNVSAF7 –JULY 2016
Hi Mohan,
Negative output range is generated so that the positive input voltage VIN is inverted, if VIN = +4 V, CPout will be -4 V. Negative LDO takes this -4 V as an input voltage and regulates negative output voltage based on the feedback divider ratio. LDO needs couple of tens/hundreds millivolts to operate correctly which means that there should be sufficient headroom over LDO depending on a maximum load current. From +4 V input you can get negative output range from -3.7 V to -1.5 V.
Best regards,

thanks for the reply,
Can you please let me know the below for the inverting charge pump –
- The approx.. time interval for opening & closing of the switches S1,S2,S3,S4
- What is the typical value of ROUT
- Can we take Rsw in the below equation to be sum of Rdson of S2,S4 only?
