Hello,
I'm designing an application using a TPS61220. If the converter is working in discontinuous mode (which it is most of the time) the output ripple voltage is much larger then what I was expecting. Peak-peak value is about 200mV. It seems that the converter is working in some sort of burst mode i.s.o. normal discontinuous mode. It's almost like not only the inner current control loop is hysteretic but also the outer voltage control loop.
Where should I start?

EDIT: I think I tracked down the problem. Position of the output decoupling cap seems to be critical. I placed it closer to the IC and that made for quite an improvement.
