Hi,
One of my customers is using the IC for a buck application.
Vin-11V to 33V DC,
Vout- 3.3V at 1A peak current. The normal load will be around 0.3A to 0.5A
During sleep mode, the IC needs to source around 20mA.
Does this device work at a good efficiency at these light loads? if not can you suggest an alternative at the similar cost?
I was thinking that TPS54140A would be a better fit.
